Background
On 30 November 2016 the Strata Acts and Regulations were repealed and replaced by the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.
Under the new Strata Schemes Development Act 2015, Administration Sheets forming part of Strata Plans must include a Valuer’s Certificate for the proposed unit entitlement and Unit Entitlements must be determined by Qualified Valuer’s.
In response to the new legislation, woodburyAU, an independent property advisory and valuation practice, has established a specialist unit entitlement valuation division to provide quick and economical Valuer’s Certificates for property developers, development managers, land surveyors and strata certifiers.
